Expansion Mansion II: The Isle of Eros

If you haven't seen my updates on Patreon or the teaser image I shared here a bit ago, work has officially started on the sequel game to Enter the Expansion Mansion. It is called The Isle of Eros and features many of the same characters you first met in Enter the Expansion Mansion, with the primary husband/wife combo and good ol' Lilith being the central crux of the story. Likewise, the gameplay is a return to form for me. No more experimental JOI experiences or pseudo RPG elements. This is an ol' fashioned BE-focused interactive fiction game where you explore a mysterious and kinky locale.

You can read more on my Patreon about the project, but the short version is this:

In the coming months, there will be a free demo made available to Patreon supporters. It will be a Patreon exclusive for some time (at least 6 weeks). It will then make its way here. Further updates to the game, however, will remain exclusive to Patreon supporters through the end of development, at which point the complete interactive fiction will be made available as a paid download through Patreon. This change was a difficult decision to make, but the truth is, in order for me to make interactive fiction games viable for me, I have to find a way to help pay for the time they take. My plan for the first game was to sell the final version through itch, but that's risky with Paypal and Stripe's stances on adult content. A release through Patreon with a demo on itch is the middle ground I settled on.

For those who can't wait or REALLY want to help support this project, $12+ True BEliever Patreon supporters can get access RIGHT NOW to the rough Version 0.1.0 release of Isle of Eros over on Patreon, right here, as well as access to monthly suggestion posts where I'll round up feedback and requests for future content to include in the game. $3+ Supporters will still get access to the game as I complete and refine whole sections (just like for Expansion Mansion), but True BElievers will get more frequent updates and releases (just lacking the final layers of polish). They'll also get included in a "special thanks" credits section for each Version release if they are cool with being mentioned. (Plus access to tons of existing story content.)

This is a little different from how I've been doing things, but it's the only way I could make doing this work. For those who are interested in supporting more content like my first game, your patronage would go a long way toward making that happen. For those who can't or don't wish to support this game's development, watch this space for updates on the development.

Near N. Far, out!
